Every recap page is published by a person, not by us. If one should not be online — it shows you, it shows your work, or it shows something illegal — tell us and we will look at it. You do not need an account to report a link.
How to report
Email (no support address configured — set SUPPORT_EMAIL) with “report” in the subject line and include:
- The full recap URL, the part after /r/ is what identifies it.
- Which photo or photos the report is about, by their position on the page.
- Why it should come down: it is you, it is your copyrighted work, it is illegal, or it is being used to harass someone.
- How to reach you for follow-up questions.
What happens next
- We acknowledge every report within two business days.
- Anything that appears to be sexual content involving a minor, or an immediate threat to someone's safety, is unpublished on sight and reported to the relevant authorities.
- For everything else we review the page, unpublish it while we do if the claim is credible, and tell you the outcome.
- Unpublishing stops the page resolving immediately; the stored images are deleted and drop out of the CDN within a few minutes. We keep a record of the report itself.
Copyright
For a copyright claim, include a statement that you own the work or act for the owner, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, and your physical or electronic signature. Knowingly false claims carry legal consequences.
If it is your own recap
You do not need this page. Unpublish it from the Recaps tab in the app or from your account page; the page stops resolving immediately and the images follow within a few minutes.
